These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pump & Dump Crypto Alerts (the “App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including our website, mobile application, alerts, market screens, and related services.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Informational tool only
No financial advice: Pump & Dump Crypto Alerts provides market monitoring, charts, alerts, and related informational tools. We do not provide investment, financial, trading, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
2. Crypto and trading risk
Cryptocurrency and futures markets are highly volatile and risky. Prices can move rapidly, liquidity can disappear, exchanges can experience outages, and data can be delayed or inaccurate. You may lose some or all of your funds. Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose.
3. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee that alerts will be accurate, complete, timely, uninterrupted, profitable, or suitable for your strategy. A pump or dump alert is not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, short, leverage, or otherwise trade any asset.
4. Eligibility
You must be legally able to use the App in your jurisdiction and old enough to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations, including restrictions related to crypto assets, derivatives, and online services.
5. Wallets and keys
If wallet features are available, you are responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, signatures, transactions, and connected accounts. We will never ask for your seed phrase. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape excessively, overload, or compromise the App or its infrastructure.
- Misrepresent the App’s alerts as guaranteed trading signals or financial advice.
- Violate exchange rules, market regulations, sanctions, or applicable law.
- Use automated systems in a way that harms the service or other users.
7. App availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including supported exchanges, symbols, thresholds, features, or distribution channels. We are not liable for downtime, data interruptions, or unavailable alerts.
8. Third-party services and data
The App may reference or depend on third-party exchanges, market data providers, wallet providers, app stores, blockchains, or infrastructure services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their actions, data, fees, availability, or terms.
9. Intellectual property
The App, website, branding, design, code, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or by written permission.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, trading losses, lost data, or lost opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service, or used the App unlawfully. You may stop using the App at any time.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
